EquipSignal operates this website and is responsible for the personal data submitted through it. Data protection queries can be sent to enquiries@equipsignal.co.uk.

When you submit an enquiry we collect the name, company, business email, optional telephone number, main postcode, coverage area, equipment interests and message that you provide, together with the date and time you confirmed you had read this notice.

When you use the area checker we record the postcode searched and the radius selected, for abuse protection. This is not linked to your identity.

To answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss territory coverage and the founding pilot. The lawful basis is legitimate interests in responding to a business enquiry you initiated.

You are not added to any marketing list by submitting an enquiry. EquipSignal does not operate an automatic marketing subscription.

Enquiry data is held in EquipSignal's own hosted database and is accessible only to authorised EquipSignal administrators. It is not sold or shared for marketing purposes.

Enquiries are retained while there is an active commercial discussion and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. Retention periods will be confirmed in the reviewed version of this notice.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may object to its processing. Contact enquiries@equipsignal.co.uk. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
